Newcomer / Intro No verification email

I bought the game today for my PS5 and wanted to fly. You were to send me a verification email. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ONE. I have pressed the button half a dozen times and no email has come. This was a waste of money.

Yes i have checked spamfilter. What to do?

You are posting in a user forum, there is no support forum so you have to raise a support request as @idahosurge says - https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new

Remember you need to have a frontierstore.net account and link that with your platform if you didn't buy it from Frontier direct (is that needed for PS?).

BTW - if you don't get an automatic acknowledgement email after submitting your supprt request that means you have a problem, either you didn't complete the form (maybe a captcha) or there is some issue with the email address you are using.
