No weather bug

I think my game is bugged to where most of my islands regardless of gamemode have no rain or storms. Ive only gotten them on Campaign Sorna and Muerta East. Campaign Nublar (light storms enabled), Matanceros, Muerta, Tacano, and Sandbox Sanctuary (heavy storms enabled) all have not had any rain or storms for a long time now. Even after reinstalling the game. Is there a way I can fix this? I want rain
