No doubt someone has already mentioned this, but hey, I'm a noob. There's so many references to works of fiction in the names of the stars. Some of the more obvious ones coming from 40K (albeit spelled differently to avoid zealous GW lawyers).
Or is it that 40k half inched names from older elites then gave them the dark age work over!?
I dunno! But yeah quite a few references and even more comedy names (odd British slang being very common)
