I passed hundreds of "Non Human" USS yesterday with various threat levels of 4-8. Every USS I scanned was one of these. What the frack? I watched YouTube vids where wings of three took down just one Thargoid and it took all day. If the threat level meant that's how many was in each, I'm heading out.
These pop up in a bubble around 350(not certain?) lightyear distance from Maia(not certain? but from that general area) in all directions. There should be peeps around here somewhere forming up groups to hunt these. I've seen Medusas getting soloed in even small class ships, so... meh.
They've been advancing into the bubble for a couple of months now, appearing in a couple of new systems every week. You probably come across one of the systems under attack this week. The systems are indicated by the Eagle Eye monitoring stations, data from which can be seen [here](https://canonn.science/lab69xia/). If you kill enough Thargoids in the systems the starport will survive and the Thargoids will be pushed back a little bit.

I stay in the bubble collecting materials. I did a 5000ly trip last weekend, never seen the first one. Yesterday I made a trip to HIP 17403 for the SENSOR FRAGMENTS and they were all over the place. Afterward I went to Maia and they were all over the place and I didn't see a one last week. I've been mining USS in Morra and haven't seen a one. I'm out and about all the time in the bubble and never seen them until Monday of this week. I mean there was nothing else but "NON HUMAN" USS and by the time one would leave your screen another would pop up. Also they were traveling faster than some ships in super cruise.
Perhaps try to filter by 'civilisation' in galaxy map. there are a few Thargoid systems around Maia and some coloser than expected.
I too have noticed a decline in Bubble activity of the Thargoids, been on the vanguard and most systems on the way were empty despite having stations attacked.
are the Thargoids pulling their numbers for a large mass assault on Sol?
