Non-Lethal weapons nowhere to be found despite map indication

Try the systems/stations they are exported to.
Whilst that may seem odd, there is a known issue with the AI which may be the reason for what you are observing.

No, even in the exported station is empty and out of stock.
I've the similar problem near the Sorbago system (the one of the slave revolt), where I can't achieve the "naval ascension" 'cause I cant find personal weapons even if I manage to find both the import/export stations and spot the trade of this illegal good. Litterally spent 3h for nothing. I hope for a quick fix because this is not the first time that this "bug" happened to me.

Already tried that. No luck so far.
Same for me. Atleast I am not the only one. Checked 5 systems = nothing.
Non lethal weapons are all over the Beta Eranin sector ATM ... in systems that import them.
Personally, I find them on high-tech stations
There is an imperial station that sells them fairly close to Achenar. Find Atlantis and the system you want is really close, called CT something I think.
In any case, the trade route data from Atlantis should show it correctly (for once).

I found some in Ross 128 I think. The system with the mining prison.
Yeah I started at LHS 3447. Thx for the tip! Going to check it out.
Sadly there is no route available with my little sidewinder. Looks like I have to upgrade the range.

I found them when I was somewhere that imported them, I used the little arrow top right of trading screen to see where they were being imported from, took a look and they were there.

If you find them please confirm, LHS 3447 is a starter system & non lethal / personal weapons are needed for the "military induction" missions, so this info will be helpful to a lot of CMDR's.

I just doubled my FSD Range with a 17k credit Frame Shift Drive just to reach GD 219. Starting my journey now.
I think I figured this one out. Each *station* in a system can have a different Commodities Market to the other stations in the same system. If you go to an exporter (as shown on the Galaxy map) and you don't find what you want (eg Non Lethal Weapons), it is because you are at the wrong station in the system - you probably just went to the nearest station to the sun, there is no guarantee that this is the exporter you saw on the map. Go to the System Map. If you are lucky the exporting station will either be guessable (by economy type), or will actually state it exports Non Lethal Weapons. If neither, you'll just have to visit them all until you find it (and take note when you do for future Non lethal Firearms). But there definitely will be one of them selling. This method has never failed for me now that I've figured it out.
p.s you can find some really nice in-system trade routes with this method.
I can confirm that it is exporting and selling Non-Lethal Weapons aswell as Personal Weapons and Reactive Armor.
BUT you need a longer FSD than the stock one. The stock Sidewinder is NOT enough. But you can get a good enough FSD pretty cheap (around 15k, got mine for 17k).

No, you must be wrong. I checked EVERY SINGLE station in the according systems (4 systems). Sometimes the systems only contains 1 mining station. It was obvious that there were no weapons but it says that there was a trade route.
