Something I think is completely lacking from Planet Coaster is (not sure if I'm saying is right) non-moving attractions.
These are what I'm talking about and would like to see in Planet Coaster.
Shooting galleries.
Particularly the kind with heavy theming, targets all over the place that cause humorous effects when hit. You could create different ones for different themes.
Live shows.
You could have magic shows for the fantasy area, wild West stunt shows, live jousting shows. Maybe a stage with an option to change the performance, doing so every often would increase it's attractiveness.
RC boats.
One of those attractions where there is a lake of remote controlled boats, you step up to the station with the ship's wheel and drop in a coin. I always pick the one that looked like a steamboat.
Crazy golf.
The crazier and more themed the holes the better.
Gold panning.
I've seen these gold panning attractions used in wild west and pirate areas. Never did get the hang of how to do it.
Walkaround attraction.
The kind of thing where you simply walk through an area and enjoy the thrills and spills along the way. Like the Adventurer's Club in Legoland Windsor
A maze.
Carnival games.
Like a coconut shy, ring toss, the duck fishing game, guess your weight.
Cinema.
It worked for Capt EO.
A freakshow.
But I doubt there would be PC in this day and age.
Funhouse.
Ball ponds,
one of the kids and one for adults. There was always something so therapeutic about it.
A hall of mirrors.
An arcade.
Test your strength machine.
Can you think of any more?
