noob bounty question

I have a few million in fines from Robigo.

If I let these turn into bounties and someone kills me, does it take the bounties from my wallet or from the stations?

lets say i have 5 million credits and have a 3 million bounty on my head and someone kills me will I only have 2 million?

After pirating around eravate today I got a total bounty on my head of ~600k. When destroyed, I didn't pay off the bounty.

In real life, when a notorious criminal is wanted, the --> police <-- may issue a reward to who ever finds him. Of course this is a poor example, but the government, or station, will pay off the bounty.
