I got very confused about what carto was paying me for exploration data I handed in yesterday so I would be grateful for a bit of info...
Basically, you see a list of systems you can hand in, alongside that there is a figure for the value of it. When I handed in a single system (building up rep with the local faction) the money didn't seem to tally. It listed the system and gave bonus figures for first discovery and for mapping, total bonus at the bottom but these figures don't seem to reflect what the list said the system was worth and the payout was just weird.
I don't have any NPC crew to suck off credits and I was doing this at a station not a carrier. The whole thing looks daft, if the figure in the multi-system list actually includes the "bonus" figure why list it separate, why not list the non-bonus payout figure as well? Colour me confused...
