Powerplay Faction: Yuri Grom noob question.

I've been wondering the same thing, with all powers. I was allied to a different power when they introduced Powerplay and find myself flying endless loops to/from HQ. I'm convinced I'm doing it wrong! Can anyone shed some light?

Depends on the power. Some fort outbound (bringing items to the control system from HQ), and some fort inbound (taking fort materials from system to HQ). Not sure how it works in Yuri's Private Gardens.
