Newcomer / Intro Noob Questions From a Non-Noob - FC Respawn?

I should know better but I dont, say Im out exploring...

I dock at an FC to get a respawn point (yes/no?)
I then travel for 4 weeks without docking elsewhere and explode. I get respawned at that FC (yes/no?)
Say that FC is in Formidine Rift and I go to Sag A without docking and die, I go back to FR and that FC (yes/no?).
What if the FC moves in the meantime? What if I stay in FR and FC moves to Beagle Point? Where do I respawn? At Beagle Point at that FC?

So its a lot like getting sent to a detention centre except a lot more fun, I could literally end up anywhere in the galaxy not just 200LY away A new BuckyBall type event if I ever get bored, dock on a random FC and 'Home Run from a random mystery destination'
