Without stripping off the DRM? No.
Stripping off the DRM would be wrong and illegal (probably) and I couln't possibly comment on how to do it. *Cough*google Apprentice Alf*cough*
EDIT: Actually it may not work if they are classed as rented. Fairly sure you have to actually own the book....

Thanks guys. Don't worry I am well aware of the fruits of the dark side
it's just I HAVE prime so had it have been possible to use I would have. Not going to replace my nook to do it so will stick with library.
