NA pack was my favorite
Loved how they gave us 5 of the most highly requested NA animals. Was surprised with Arctic fox and I’m personally very happy they were included. Can’t say the same about prairie dogs IMOP.
If we get another NA pack I think desert NA could use more love. Then again there are still a lot of temperate, taiga and tundra I’m still hoping for.
Either way here is my formula
1. Sandhill crane. Personally love these birds and NA could use a big bird
2. Collared peccary: another swine
3. Armadillo: unique species
4. Coati: unique species
5. Sea otter: gives us an aquatic
6. Coastal mountain goats: cool climbing antelopes
7. Coyote: most packs include a canine of a feline
8. Axolotl
Animals I would happily take but not my top 8.
Ocellated Turkey. A big bird
Wolverine: I’d prefer to put them in a europe pack but I’d like to see them eventually
Musk oxen: could use bovidae
Red wolf: love canines, I picked coyotes to diversify but red wolves are way more important to conservation.
Walrus: unique pinniped, while uncommon in captivity I personally don’t think the other seal species of NA stand out enough.

Hellbender salamander

My dream North America Animal Pack 2 would include:

-Elk
-Sea Otter
-Red Fox
-North American Black Bear
-Striped Skunk
-Raccoon
-Harbour Seal
-Western Black Widow (E)

Honestly there’s probably a couple dozen species that could be added to North America, but I might instead choose a non-animal pack, so here’s the Frontier Pack, themed around the Sonoran Desert and the old west:
  • Frontier/Western Theme
  • Bighorn Sheep
  • Common Raccoon/Bobcat/Coyote
  • Sandhill Crane
  • Nine-Banded Armadillo
  • Hellbender Salamander/Collared Lizard

I'm surprised lol. White-nosed coatimundis live Arizona and New Mexico yet you didn't include them

I know! But they feel as much iconic Central American animals as they do North American to me… I dunno, I was working off the assumption of getting coatis somewhere else.
