I can't imagine we won't get at least a cougar and a moose - that's two spots pretty much spoken for, in my mind. Of course, also thought a capybara was a lock for a SA pack and it didn't happen, so it's not definite.

If it's a 4+1+building - the other two habitat animals I'd like to see are Wolverine and California Sea Lion, though I think the American Alligator and American Beaver have pretty good chances of making it as well

If it's a 7+1 animal pack, all 6 of the above and either the American Black Bear or Arctic Fox. Though I'd love to see the Coyote, Big Horn Sheep and Rocky Mountain goat too, there's no way all of this will make it in.

I don't think it's guaranteed that we'll see the California sea lion.

I think the only guaranteed inclusion is the American alligator. It's really the last crocodilian that needs to be added to the game at this point (we have a crocodile, the gharial, and a caiman, so an alligator is the last piece).

Personally I'd like to see the North American cougar, the moose, the alligator, and maybe an unexpected animal like the prairie dog.

Personally i think the ideal 5 animal pack for me would be something like:

Moose/Elk: We need more deer and northern ungulate species in general and both would be a welcome addition to fill that niche. Personally i dont really care which one, but from the general perception of the community the Moose is the more wanted animal.

Turkey: I feel like the Turkey isnt talked about enough in these forums. In my book it would be an ideal addition, especally in a small dlc, just for the diversity and flexibility it brings. It is a small bird, thats like nothing we have in the game (you could say peacock, but these guys, especally the males are some bulky imposing badboys), that would work both as a wild habitat animal, in aviaries as a ground dweller and as a farm animal. Criminally underrated if you ask me, especally compared to just another bear, big cat or crocadilian

Aligator and/or Blackbear/Cougar: Speaking of them, i still feel like atleast one of these three should defenetly be part of the pack, maybe even two if one of them is the aligator. They are just to iconic to be left out completly, but they dont feel as needed and wouldnt bring as much new (yes the aligator is a reptile, but a reptile house with 4 diffrent flavours of crock doesnt have to be bad, but i think you see the point)

The 4th pick would be the fun pick! I dont really care about the specific animal, but i want it to be a small animal like a mustelid or racoon. Wolverines, fish- and seaotters, skunks, badgers or just a standard marten would all be a great addition and i would be happy with any of them!

If I were put in charge of making an NA Animal Pack, it'd probably go a little like this:

1. Moose
2. Mountain Lion
3. American Black Bear
4. American Beaver
5. American Alligator
6. Sea Otter
7. California Sea Lion
8. Axolotl (E)

The two biggest honourable mentions would be the Wolverine and Muskox, but I think they could easily be added to a Europe Pack (probably only 5 animals)

I don't think any of the two is guaranteed. Personally, if we can't have both and we have to choose, I prefer to have a second pinniped than a fourth crocodilian. Although the California sea lion is the more iconic to me, I wouldn't mind if we got Steller sea lion instead. I would be happy even with the South American or the Australian one (although I'm not sure how common the latest is beyond Oceania).

My number one wanted species, california sea lion. Damn I hope we will get them. With Africa hopefully bringing a second warmer water species of penguin, I hope it will be the same with pinnipeds and CA sea lion is the most iconic of them all. Also wish a nice tropical coastal map somewhere in Florida would be included, with additional foliage in form of those tall california palm trees. What a dream.

Now I am in a summer mood early, lol.
