North American Urban Wildlife DLC

One thing I've learned about in the past year of quarantine and lockdown is how surprising wild North American cities are. There's way more urban wildlife all around us than I ever realized.

As much fun as animals from exotic places (or at least places I would consider exotic as a North American), I would love it if the next DLC focused on North American wildlife - especially urban wildlife.
  • Raccoons
  • Coyotes
  • Foxes
  • Lynx, bobcats, cougars
  • Black bears
  • Geese, ducks, loons
  • Skunks
  • Badgers
  • Opossums
  • Beavers
  • Moose
Also, imagine some of the fun possibilities with urban or suburban focused scenery options.

(P.S. Consider donating to your local wildlife centre!)

I would love to have a skunk in my zoo, for sure!

Definitely would want this. I'm probably biased because I live in North America, it's one of the continents I can come up with a ton of animals I'd like to see, along with Africa.

I'll take one of everything (to use a phrase, actually several) - while some of my wants are more non-urban like Wolverines, Moose and Cougars, Sea Lions, and mountainous and plains animals, I'll gladly take the more urban animals too. I tend to be interested in wild canines more than most animals, so coyotes would definitely be a huge want for me. Your list is really great but don't forget the North American River Otter, American Alligator, Armadillo, and Groundhogs. These are all possible depending on where the urban setting is. Maybe a porcupine as well? Though I think that's not quite as urban I'm sure it does happen.

I think what's key here is that there are so many medium or smaller animals that could be in the game. Sure, the Moose, Cougar, Sea Lion, they're the more iconic ones and needed I don't disagree, but we have so few smaller animals that would still be habitat sized. I think it's vital that Frontier makes sure more of these get in the game. Not every habitat needs to be, or really even should be, some sprawling set up that's home to a large animal. Just like smaller animals have a place in real life (nature and zoos) they should also have a place in zoos in the game.

Hmm... I like the idea, but I'm not sure I'd limit it to North America; all parts of the world have their own urban wildlife... plus, it could be passed off as an ecosystem-type DLC, like the Aquatic Pack and the Arctic Pack...
