Hardware & Technical Nostromo N52 by Belkin support

Hi I tried to set up my Nostromo N52 Speed pad, to the game and was disappointed that it didn't pick it up. I have installed the drivers and updated them. However the Game doesn't seam to want to register that it connected. I know its quite an old one but my joystick is over 5 years old and that still works is their something I am not doing right. Or is it a case that its not compatible.

It doesn't have a preset profile, but have you simply tried to bind something to it?
The game should recognize it as a keyboard.
