Not able to jump FC to specific planet if I'm the system architect?

if I go to FC Navigation, to the galaxy map, search my system I can jump to the system, but if I go to system view then I do not get the big yellow button to jump to a particular body, just architect views.

I tried map mode and it's the same.

Were/Are you in jump cooldown, out of tritium, out of range or similar?
