I have detected that even if you carry valuable cargo, the NPCs do not attack you in the extraction areas, I cannot generate Bountys by eliminating pirates. does it happen to you?

I understand you, but before they scanned you and attacked you when carrying merchandise, now that doesn't happen to me

Hmm, I haven't been bounty hunting while carrying cargo in a while. I've done it without cargo fairly recently and I do remember them scanning me. I'll have to test this later when I'm done with my real-life job for the day.
God forbid you actually have to play the game.
One could take the AFK T-10 to a res site and fly the SLF fighter instead..
Eh. I've bounty hunted with cargo before. It keeps the pirates interested. Having multiple pirates scanning your ship and demanding the cargo makes things a bit more spicy.
I have had cargo aboard while bounty hunting before usually by accident when I missed blocking a container type and a limpet brought in cargo rather than mats but sometimes when the RES was a bit slow deliberately as it tends to lead to more action or at least more continuous action.
I play the game for me to have fun not my computer so I don’t AFK farm.
Tested this today in a Cutter. Picked up a occupied escape pod and immediately had an Eagle threaten me for it.
Didn't test taking cargo into the instance though, but I doubt it would make a difference. Did this bug ever repeat itself after a relog? Because it seems to be working normally.

I sometimes leave my ship with my npc crewman and watch from slf with popcorn...
We all do, but there's nothing wrong with the game if that doesn't work well. There might be something wrong if pirates no longer scan for cargo. If that's the case a bug report needs to be created.
