Yesterday I was flying just above some ice asteriods and the shadows started flashing so quickly I had to pull the ship up and then turn off all shadows before someone watching had a fit!

This is a game bug that still needs to be fixed. Or a game update un-fixed it.

Oof, I couldn't imagine starting from scratch, at least not my main account. I have two alts that are sort of greenhorn beginners, but I didn't take them anywhere - I don't really have the time or passion to play those alts, as it turned out.

Me neither, but I actually like the my name on my alt account better, Johnny Rockets... Too bad I can't merge the 2 accounts.

You can get an extra pip by having them telephone into your ship…
