Why not just go directly to the publisher's site and get the books cheaper? They'll work on your Kobo.

That's a good advice and I'll definitely grab them off that store but, just out of my (noobish) curiosity, which format are they in? If they work on my kobo they must be epub I guess but how they work on a kindle too? There's no indication nor question during the purchase process about which format we want to download them into. In any case, epub is not the same as kepub. I'm perfectly fine with standard epub but some may prefer kepub (for formatting, navigation, syncronization and stats' sake) 
And btw, 3 are missing, but are those available on the kobo store so it's no biggie

The Gollancz books are from a different publisher. You may have to look on the Orion Website.
The Fantastic Books formats are epub and mobi. I did most of the epub exports myself. They will work on your Kobo. Kindle uses a proprietary version of the mobi file.
I'm not familiar with kepub. Nor do I know Dan's plans for roll out on other ebook stores.

Ah ok so I'll have both the epub and the mobi version after the purchase. I'd rather do and see myself, I was only waiting since I'd have about 10k pages of other sci-fi must have to read at the moment. Screw them, ED ones come first now lol
