So, I took an assassination mission titled: "Hunt Down the Pirate Lord PJ Belcher in CD-34 9020, Heheng and Diso". Had an NPC tell me what system he's in, which was Riedquat. I've encountered him 3 times now, and he's in an Orca that shows up green. I warrant scan him (hoping to get more credits), and find he's not wanted anywhere. Take out his shields, drive, and power plant. Killed him 3 times now, and not getting credit for the mission. When I kill him, nothing comes up. No bounty, no mission updated message.
Yes, I've tried relogging.
EDIT: And he doesn't act like a pirate lord. Just as easy as an Orca at a nav point.
