The higher insurance has just pushed the problems to python level instead of asp. People are always going to lose ships if they don't learn the basic game mechanics.

Not had insurance for any ship since the Cobra when I bought it...
Flying around in the 'conda for hours until I had insurance

But it was a risk I was willing to take and didn't go flying about combat zones or asteroids... >.>

I never leave Hangar with my Python unless I have enough Money to pay insurance twice I dropped below that twice and immediately stored the ship...

As I said at the beginning it was a rant and a smack on my forehead as I should have made sure about the insurance before venturing out ( yes a noob mistake ). However ignore my rank on this as I don't know how to link my current account with that of the forum. Yes I have been mass locked and when the battle wasn't going my way I 4 pipped my speed and foxtrot oscared away from the Python to get a separation distance so my mass lock would be decreased and I wouldn't overheat. I said in my second post that assumptions are often made on limited information and obviously there must be a band wagon for some of you lazy conformists to jump on. I had over 30 mil to spend on my Python when I bought it which allowed me to bring it up a reasonable spec. Lastly please explain that if my ship wasn't destroyed by a bug ( or bugs ) why in less than 30 mins of reporting it I was returned back to my Python at 29% with smashed canopy to limp to the nearest space station where i made repairs.

i am now sitting on 11.5 mil which is over 5 mil more than my insurance requirements. Many thanks for some of your critic comments and remember no matter how high you climb the tree someone will always see your .
