Not see this before. What is it?

Hi All,

I was in super cruise heading to the station and noticed this outside on the right. It disappeared shortly after I noticed it.

Been playing Elite for a while now, never seen it before. Can any help and let me know what it is?

That's someone else being interdicted. It's a bug I think, and it showed up after 2.3 dropped.

Basically, anytime someone (NPC or player) gets interdicted anywhere in the system, you'll see the interdiction animation somewhere nearby. It will also cause visual distortions across a wide area, making navigation kind of tricky when you're approaching a planet or moon.
