Not seeing 20% discount per Combat Comunity Goal in Nijotec / Igorodimos

I completed the goal in the top 40% and was told that the global reward should include a 20% discount in outfitting for 7 days... I'm currently docked at the Delbruck ring, with allegiance to the Confederacy of Igorodimos. I completed the goal and received the cash reward, but all the items in outfitting are still still normal price. Am I missing something?

Do you happen to know if the discount will apply to all stations or just the one we signed up at?

The last one was just the one we signed at. but it had a good selection of ships and modules.
This time however the ships and modules are a let down.
