Not seeing some of the items promised to kickstarter backers

Not seeing some of the 'special items' promised for kickstarter backers like custom decals etc. Wondering when we might see these

Has there been any word of the Kickstarter decals? Does anybody at all have them?

Last word was all skins and decals are in game. I presume they're passing off the Skull decal as the "Day One" decal and the limited "Mercenary" skin as the "Mercenary Skin Pack" as promised in the blurb for the Mercenary Edition.

If so, that's some bull**** considering that the *FOUNDERS* decal is reserved for people who bought the game way back when. You could have waited a day before launch and got the Mercenary Edition and you would have that decal if Frontier did pass that off as Day One content.

If I recall correctly, they mentioned in a newsletter that physical rewards will be shipped early in the new year. So I'm guessing towards the end of Jan. But I'd love to know if/when we can expect the Kickstarter decals. And I'm not talking about the Mercenary Skull decal.

According to the backer's app, I should be eligable for...

Download a digital copy of the “Elite: Dangerous” music.
Download a digital copy of the official sequel to “The Dark Wheel” novel.
Be an Elite supporter, and get a digital code when the game is released to apply a transferrable decal to your ship, unique to you, the game’s backers.

I'm guessing the first two aren't ready for distribution yet or whatever, but I don't know why we haven't heard about the third one. A simple ETA would be welcome, because I have no idea if I should lodge a support ticket or not.

I lodged a ticket about it and got a response saying the decal should be available in the game already for backers, and asked me to check if it was there. I replied saying there is a skull decal but I didn't think that was the backer decal and asked for clarification. Just waiting for a reply now.

I don't think the skull deal is the Founder's decal, if it is I'd say it isn't particularly suitable. Mercenary/Pirate yeah, Founder, no.

Also on the decal, Frontier clearly have time to create skins and sell them for cash, how about sorting out what you've already been paid for, over a year ago?

It may be the case that there are technical issues, after all there's only one in-game decal right now. But if that's the case please just come forward and say, on the whole I think were a pretty understanding bunch but it's the stonewalling that's upsetting people.

Yep I'll definitely report back. It took a couple of weeks for them to respond to my first ticket so I'll expect it will take a similar amount of time to get to the reply. They must have a huge backlog of tickets :S

We've dug into it and it looks like there's an issue - we should have it fixed early next week so the Kickstarter decal is available in game.
