Newcomer / Intro Not sure?

So I played Elite dangerous back in the beta and into the horizons DLC. Been a few years since I tried to play and I've kind of missed the game. Got a new computer and was looking for where to download it. Log on to the store and it keeps wanting me to buy it. What gives?
