First off, *A TREMENDOUS THANK YOU* for getting the game out, on time, and incredibly STABLE. The Gamma 2 was completely terrifying for a while there, and almost completely unplayable. I have to say, I did a 18+ hour session on launch day WITHOUT A SINGLE DROP. Most impressive, and very well done!
Now, on to the greed.
In one of the last Newsletters, it was mentioned as an 'added bonus' that all Premium Beta and the ones before would be awarded an 'Additional ship choice of the five not yet released ships'.
I read in the current newsletter, that 'All In-game rewards have been assigned'.
My questions are:
1) Mercenary edition was the Starting Eagle docked somewhere. I've also noticed a 'Mercenary Skin' available for me when I purchased my Cobra. Was there supposed to be a 'Mercenary Skin' for the Eagle as well? (Makes sense that it would've been for the Eagle and not the Cobra).
2) I know that Alpha and Kickstarter backers were supposed to have starting rewards including location and ship loadout 'type' choices. Have those been awarded? If so, what were they (I'm a premium backer, and I'm curious if everyone is happy and making use of their choice).
3) What are the 'Next Ships' to be released? And in the '1 of 5' ship of choice, how is that going to work, and what are the 5 ships that will be made available for choice?
