Just being pedantic, but it's Andoria

Anyway, to add two fun ones. Both are in Tanmark. One is the Yul Brynner Memorial which is a station, and the other one being the planet called Luca L[V-426].

Actually, Andor is the system, Andoria is the planet (actually a moon of a gas giant).

I agree with Vulcan being 40 Eridani A, but that is a different system than Epsilon Eridani. 40 Eridani A is 16ly from Sol, Epsilon Eridani is 11ly from Sol.
Epsilon Eridani is where the Babylon 5 station was.

A web source I found listed Q'onoS as being at 2 Omega Leonis (112ly from Sol)

You may be right about Vulcan. I'll doublecheck that.

I went with Epsilon Sagittarii for the Klingon homeworld as the Starfleet Medical Manual identifies the Klingons as coming from that system. Same with the others.

Cool that B5 is in Epsilon Eridani though!
