Notifications for Planned Outages

Can anyone confirm what happens after Frontier throw out one of their "10 minutes and we're offline" messages?

When it all comes back online again, is everything the same? As in there is no negative effect of the outage.

I'm sure I've seen missions expire and it would be so much more user-base friendly if Frontier shared their schedule ahead of time.

Some missions are time critical and managing that is all part of the game, but it can count for nothing when Frontier pull the plug like this.
 
Every ... single ... Thursday ... 7:00 ... gametime ... simples :)

(Updates PP, should not affect missions. Raise an issue if it did. The downtime is around 10 minutes, not the 40 it claims)
