I have to admit, the forums have changed a bit since I was here last.
I used to come here a lot for Elite Dangerous the first five years the game was out, even got a VR headset for it (before Odyssey). But some people might remember that I also wrote fanfiction (The Mossfoot Muckabouts) set in the Elite Dangerous universe (heck, a few even remember stuff I did was back in the Egosoft X3 universe!)
What's more, I edited Drew Wagar's book: Elite - Premonition. And I also had my own Elite novel accepted for publication... right before Frontier decided to stop going in that direction. DOH!
Anyway, I didn't want a good book about travel, adventure, mystery and humour go to waste, so I decided to repackage it in whole new universe. Even so, I think the story of a lone trader trying to make his way in a hostile universe is going to appeal to a lot of Elite Dangerous fans.
So, if this sounds appealing, keep an eye out for Lost Souls by Noah Chinn... currently available for pre-order on Amazon, but I'll have it up for other platforms soon enough.
