if it's like JWE1, probably a midnight release for your time zone (I was playing at midnight on PS4 and PC came around an hour later.) But don't treat this as fact for JWE2. That we don't know.

I can't remember the time I was allowed to play JWE. I do remember not being able to install it till 24 hours before the release while people on consoles were installing it days before I could. No it's not worth having a console for this. lol
