NPC Adjusters sent after me do not carry FSD interdictor

I've been doing PP module shopping lately for my second account. After "defected" from Aisling to Arissa, to my surprise, Aisling sent over a dozen "Adjusters" after me during past two days. However, none of these Adjusters carry FSD interdictor. They just taunted and buzzed around me in supercruise. I have to drop from super cruise and wait for they to drop in.

Well, it seems that all ships of Adjusters are engineered, including a cutter. They just forgot to install FSD interdictor somehow.

Same issue has affected wing assassination missions for some time.

Seems the higher-end combat NPC loadouts dispense with the interdictor in favor of more HRPs.
