I'd like to see this expansion on NPC Crew-
Basically how ever many "seats" your ship has for Multi-crew is how many NPC crewmembers you can take aboard. The new crewmembers would add an extra, un-movable pip to their designated system.
System crewmember- 1 pip in sys
Engines crewmember- 1 pip in eng
Weapons crewmember- 1 pip in wep
You can hire one of each, or have two SLF fighter pilots. Or one SLF pilot and one other.
SLF pilots remain the same progression and income-wise.
Pip crewmembers all start out taking 15% of your income, and drop down to 10% after a certain number of hours reached playing with them. 1% at a time.
Pip crewmembers will be visible (in chairs). They will die just like SLF pilots if the mother ship is blown up.
