npc :grenade spam reduction

Reduce the nade spam from npc.

went on a mission to beta cali Reactivated a power centre. threat lv 4
got to within a few km of bases outer wall and was Seen , i manged too avoid the gunfire by backing off.
Got in Side base on rooftops and shot the sniper. Or what ever they are called.
with a few secs there were grenades incoming @ 3 per few secs and all npc's were on top of you throw even more nades.

Shouldn't the npc have limited Nades since we only can carry two/three at the time. not include the shield nades because you only have 1 and they are complete useless :)

should this even be a mission has there is no power at this site and they are walking around like there a nuclear power station attached to there backs.while your walking around with a double AA battery on yours :)

I'm not suggesting to make them easy to win. but to make the firefight a bit more realistic and to last a bit longer than you walking into a supposedly empty [powered down base and seeing a barrage of npc coming at you with nuclear power packs and infinite Grenades.

Well they are standing on the ground next to those boxes of grenades that lay all over the place and you are on the roof where they can't shoot you with their guns, so they just lob grenades up, seems logical to me!
 
logic in what way.

that they don't even use them to reloaded like we have do. They don't reloaded weapons/grenades/energy. And they have infinite shields.
 
They should just use the grenade calculations to determine a jetpack curve and jump on the roof to engage you. Or, if that is not feasible, they should just add jetpack points to buildings where they get up and down, gravity allowing. Right now they're only using jetpacks to avoid damage while deploying from a dropship and nothing else.

4 NPC in dominators would have 12 Frags and 12 Emps... Did they actually threw 24 grenades at you?
 
no, it was 2 every sec.i moved another two ETC .and that all the npc do they don't shoot for long.after they just throw more flicking grenades.

It seems to me a clear example of panic-mode-time-perception.
The same that happens when someone is ganked in space "i was blown up in 5s" when actually it's about 30+ seconds.
Along with NPC are cheating, they have infinite chaff / scb / heatsinks /ammo etc.


That or we're not playing the same game
 
no panic here at all. i can get away with them shooting us more.and not throwing humpty of grenades and hitting near the target everytime. you throw one and it bonces around the dam walls or disappears in the time warp.

Well, i do a lot of clear settlement, clear scavs or reactivate/restore missions that have scavs and/or they bring reinforcements mid-run
If you are in a spot and they throw grenades at you, you need to leg it... find another roof or another corner, while trying to kill at least one of them in the process
Basically the flow is: kill, move, kill, move, kill, move.
Unless you manage to gather the entire squad at a stair and nuke them with the L6 or a combo of Emp and Frag grenades

You will definitely wont last long enough to be able to count 2 grenades every second (that's exaggeration beyond hyperbole level)
First one will be an EMP that will clear your shields, if you dont move, the second one will be a frag that will send you to the rebuy screen

Yeah, "NPCs have infinite chaff/ammo" complaints from people who've gone through about ten opponents without running out of chaff/ammo themselves are always hilarious.

I've seen a lot of grenades coming my way in the past but I've never particularly felt the need to count them and I rarely see more in an engagement than I see, you know, people.

Maybe I just keep on the move so they don't know where to throw grenades at.
