NPC in Vulture and FDL

Just my curiosity. Are we going to see this new ships driven by NPC's in the next future?

Already saw NPC Vultures. Guess NPC FDL are also in the game, just rare. Cos its a special ship you know

Seen one NPC FDL so far in SC. No Vulture though.
