When checking on NPC Fighter Pilot's Rank, in Odyssey, it is stuck on Deadly at 100% and will not advance to Elite. HOWEVER, when I log into Horizons, it clearly shows the pilot is 62.5% on way to Elite. This has been this way for some time now
