I think, as there were only three minutes between quotes two and three above - and the fact your edit was nine minutes later - your "Anyone? Anyone? Yeah didn't think so." would came across as trollish salt. It did to me and I replied civially anyway.
I don't know what a "TED" talk is but, again, your reply (quote one above) comes across as rude and abrupt.
Probably just me being presumptuous so I apologise if so but then again, you won't be reading anyway.
The edit was because I had posted something... pretty snarky, then thought better of it. I do that sometimes. Mostly because in the 'heat' of a moment my brain isn't always fully engaged and my emotions are, which tends to make some of my comments and reply's less than civil, which is something I am trying hard not to keep doing. So, you may well see comments from me that have been edited, usually to remove snark (or the worst of it at least), but occasionally to add additional information that I may have forgotten as I was writing. Getting close to 60, my memory isn't always the best, and my general grumpiness is more from chronic aches and pains, than any actual dislike or anger towards people. Hope that makes sense. Anyway, look up TED talk if you haven't already, some pretty awesome conversations going on in them.
edit or in this case, I had a spelling error to correct.
