So I was minding my own business when a System Authority Vessel interdicted me. No problem, I think, I'll just blow him out of the sky.
But the solo Authority Vessel decided it was a great idea to spam my chat window and ensure that anything at the top of my chat would scroll out of view, unable to ever be read again.
My question is: is this really necessary? Can we possibly change the way NPC's spam our chat? Fortunately I had taken screenshots of all the important information in the chat window earlier (edit: no I didn't I forgot screenshot button is F10 >.<) so it didn't matter in this instance but it is extremely annoying and I don't see the point.
Also, can I petition this particular NPC for harassment and get him banned?
