NPCs in Vultures or Fer De Lances - Where are they?

Has anyone ever seen an NPC in a Vulture or an FdL?

Ive never seen them in USS or RES, surely they would have been added to the NPCs ship roster when they were introduced?

Yep I went into a Strong Signal Source and found two FDL's and two Vulture Winged up.

I was on an important Naval missions I didnt want to fail, soo... I quietly went on my way.

Yep in strong signal sources I was trying to find easy pirates to kill and I jumped in and saw 7 vultures winged up my shields went down very fast :c

I fought quite a few NPC Vultures in high intensity conflict zones. They're not regular though.

I agree it's a bit odd they don't appear at Nav beacons, while all other ships do. Plans to fix?

I have encountered NPC FdLs and Vultures (3 or 4 of each) in Strong Signal Sources a few times. They first chased me and I ran (Cobras are fast!) but I stayed in scanner range to see if I could lure one away from the main force. However, they then started fighting among themselves. I noticed the Vultures were all wanted with big bounties (even bigger after KWS) and the FdLs attacked them. I joined the side of the FdLs and had big fun while making a lot of money. From the text chatter I gather this scenario is a mafia war or so.

Myself, I've seen Vultures in conflict zones but never a FdL. Seen both in other places though.

I have seen one NPC FDL at a NAV beacon. No Vultures there for me though.

I've seen both Vulture and FDL at my local Nav beacon with npc drivers, also in system but there not a common sight , took out two wanted FDL at the Nav beacon in the last 6 weeks, mostly their winged up as escorts for Orca's, see more FDL's than Vulture's

Last commander we had visit a strong signal source, he said something about six Anaconda's and then the channel went dead. He must have gone on holiday...
