Apologies if this is old news but I have never seen this NPC "direct" message before:

So they have NPC Fuel Rats now?

(No I was not in difficulty, just slowed for planetary approach when it came up.)

Seen this before .... but something about if I needed repair, rather than refuel. I never followed it up to see what would happen though.

Yes, that's been like that for a bit. I've rarely personally seen it happen though.
