I've been wandering around a few hundred light years away from the bubble recently. I haven't seen a single NPC flying around in that time. I've seen older posts about NPCs (and even interdictions) outside of the bubble. Was just curious if these still occur or if they've been removed for some reason.
There are crash sites and bases (POIs) on planets outside the bubble now so it only stands to reason that there must have been travel in those areas at some point.
