NPCs should be more aware of who their are up against

Yeah, this really wouldn't take much code work and would really add a lot.

Pirate chatter is pretty corny.
*Scans my non-existent cargo hold*
"How do you make a living?"
"Funny you should ask...."

No question this needs to be done.

Sitting in a high res in my fully engineered conda and a wild wanted eagle appears with no shields and proceeds to scan "what have you got" they say!

Meanwhile I k scan them and then fry them in 3secs , what should have happened is they get close enough to get the rank and name scan and leave the system sharpish.

Maybe rethink their career choice.

Hah! what should happen is, first off, no wanted, unshielded eagle NPC should EVER spawn in a RES anyway because that's BEGGING for the "surprize buttsecks+BOOM." It also should've seen an anaconda and went "NOPE" and flew in exactly the opposite direction.

NPC's are just total lemmings. Bring a full combat ship with a class 1 cargo hold and grab like, 1 palladium or something. Literally anything worth 5k or more will do. Bounties--err, I mean "pirates" will just pour in like a slot machine that's just given up the house. Make sure you've got some good burst damage and melt their faces. It's brainless past a certain point, really.
