NPCs spawning in random open space instances for no reason and their behavior towards mines.

Please remove the NPCs that spawn whenever you interdict another player or drop into real space.
Space is so big, it makes no sense to have random NPC ships in every single instance of open space.
Or make them a little more aware of their surroundings so they don't blindly eat mines for no reason at all, or make the mines only drift towards the targeted ship.
Fix it please.

As a small addition: this happens to me regularly on planetary surfaces when I do exobiology. Ships appear, often system security, hang around my ship, scan it, and sometimes fly almost in formation with me. It's really silly, especially as they hit the ground sometimes. I once saw a Viper explode after it rammed the ground repeatedly. Yeah, I really feel secure with that kind of system security patrols.

I wouldn't know about that or even if it happens if you successfully interdict an NPC, I no it sometimes happens when I am interdicted but I am always glad to see security show up.*
or drop into real space.
Only happens near and in the Bubble with me.

It doesn't seem to be everywhere just within the Bubble and other inhabited areas and their surroundings.

Unfortunately they made mines this ineffective years ago when they stopped NPCs blindly charging straight up behind us, if they nerf them any more they will be really useless.

If mines move towards a targeted ship are they really mines or just a really slow torpedo or missile?

Fix it please.

*Actually I got really glad about them showing up after mines got nerfed as before there was a danger of mines being the indiscriminate weapon they are and doing for a security ship which was awkward for the mine layer.

I had 6 ships show up after i accidentally SCO'd into a star after hyperspace. It is definately an odd feeling to drop out of SCO by accident, doing something totally unpredictable, and literally 5 seconds later have hutton rescue ships and federal police scanning and repairing me. (was in wolf 397 iirc)

I like the random rescue ships.
