NPCs with Hatch Breakers

I came across this last night and I just had to say I was really quite impressed.
Despite the tongue-in-cheek hilarity of the fact I was in a Vulture with no cargo, hearing the warning that a hatchbreaker was on the way was really cool.
And then dancing around as I tried to avoid it (in the spirit of things, since it was a break from the normal hum-drum combat).
And then seeing it whoosh past me and hearing something like "Hatch Limpet avoided".

It broke up the monotony for me nicely.
I don't know why I enjoyed it so much - was just a tiny thing. But I guess it was new. And new is always good! :D

Good job, FD! :)

Nice... i can imagine your horror watching your cargo spilling out across space if you got hit by one used by an NPC. Of course, you would have to lose your shields to an NPC first, and that shouldn't happen just yet... at least, not until SJA's new combat upgrades go in.

Interesting point.
I still had full shields. Maybe it wouldnt have done anything.
I dunno. Never been hit by one before.

experienced this also, although no cargo on my Battlewagon Python and cargo hatch disabled in modules.
But nice try NPC's, but I would suggest to concentrate on yourcrumbling shields instead of bothering with my empty cargohold :D

Cheers Cmdr's

Hatchbreaker limpets are more of a hazard for bigger, less maneouvarable ships. Easily avoided in a Vulture.
