Doing some trading in a mid range Asp decent weapon fit 88 T cargo and got interdicted by an Elite NPC Viper usually not to difficult one on one, but just before his shields failed they power up to almost full I didn't get a chance to check the load out but I assume it included shield cells.
Looked to have beam turrets and they got my 300 mJ shields down to one ring due to the extended engagement, anyone else seen this behavior?
