NSP Question on Tagging

I can't believe I haven't asked this before being an avid explorer, but is there a secret for tagging Notable Stellar Phenomena in a system when there are more than 2? Many times there are many close to each other and I can't figure out which ones I already have checked out?

Unlike planets you can just look in the system map and see what you have scanned already, but can't figure out if there's a way to do this with NSP's or not?

As far as I know, no there isnt a secret. What I do though, is if two are close I target the one Im going to visit first, then place the selection over the other one in the nav panel.
That means when you next goto the nav panel after checking out the first one the other one is already highlighted.
As for systems with more than two... I try to figure out distances but its a mess.

The obvious answer is for the navigation system to label them NSP(1),NSP(2),NSP(3) or A,B,C etc.
Which is sadly upto FDev to sort out.
Maybe at the same time they can give us filters for the many many objects listed (all stuck together) in the POI section.

By that I mean if Im looking for a Crashed Ship poi, having to sort through :-
Hotspots
Geologicals
Biologicals
Combat Zones
Tourist Beacons
Listening Posts
etc etc etc ....
Is a pain in the derriere.

Yeah, I've been using a combination of what you guys have suggested and to no avail. I found that, while it seems logical to use the bodies they are close to in the NAV panel, only shows the bodies they are close to by distance and not actually close to the bodies themselves. Travelling to say that planet, you can see often that the NSP's are nowhere near that planet and often now double the distance the other way as they were both rotating on opposite sides of the star.

I use ED Discovery, and although it shows the NSP in it, it just doesn't show where it is located near the planets, and that I guess is a ED development thing or they would have surely found a way to display where the location is a lot better as that program really is great.

Ok just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything here and will go back to trying to calculate distances from the Start when first entering and FSS'ing and then trying to deduce after visiting some which ones I have visited based on that (my math suck so I mess up from time to time and revisit the same ones), oh well...

Only way is to use the distance and do as suggested, leave the nav panel over the next target or the previous one to avoid it.

then while flying you have to keep an eye on the ones you have visited as distances change and nearness to planets. No easy way. 2 objects 1000ls away may be 2000ls away from each other. Can use Orrery too, they shouldn't orbit too much so you can plan the route out and be fairly sure youre not repeating.

Or back to the star and start again from there but should be avoidable.

Yeah I'm starting to mark down the distances when I jump in and see if I can determine better the ones I have been to. It's just those really close together ones that drive me nuts.

That and the issue of doing full scans of profitable planets at the same time which can really make it messier to figure out...
