Nvidia GEForce Experience Causes Random lock ups confirmed.

nvidia 970 , 660ti, 670t2 , all use it none of them crash or hang and all using gforce experience so i doubt its just that causing it.

OMG I have the exact same problem as you and I am using a GTX760 I have updated the driver with no results but I will try ur solution and test it out.

I get weird audio pauses and glitches and have geforce experience, It's so annoying, I'll uninstall it and see if it does anything.

I'm wondering OP do you run multiple monitors?
I've noticed the Nvidia drivers can totally crap out when running multiple monitors, say E: D on one monitor and a film on the other.
I get this with a few other graphically intense games. 560 Ti here. I'll try removng Geforce Experience and see how that goes.
Cheers OP.

OP was right all along I uninstall nividia experience and it was fixed instantly thanks Op also i guess only a few of use were habing this problem.

Came across this while searching after seeing some Nvidia shadowplay warnings thrown in my event log post-crash. Will give it a try and see what happens.. I have a GTX 660TI/Intel i5 2400k/16GB Ram (and no overheating- I use MSI afterburner to watch temps/loads while playing to figure out why its unstable. Maybe the overlay is conflicting with shadowplay?)
