I have been using off and on sli mode to play this game. when it was first installed it ran at 40/50 fps. using 2x gtx660. software I use EVGA precision XOC to monitor gpu usage, temp ect. temp lower than 54c for both gpus, gpu and ram clocks didn't seem to match each other consistently.
graphics seem to be stretched on planets, slight stuttering and others. so I have been doing some messing with my setup.
occasionally I see posts saying that they have it running at higher fps. wondering why this is.
over the last few days I have had ED running at 151fps minimum 70fps max 256fps. gpu clocks and ram are now both running at the same rate. gpu temps with in 4c of each other, though the temp has now gone up to 68c. which is what I would have expected from the start. messing with NV control panel changed things, but not by increasing fps. so I left NV control and entered ED gpu setup. I turned off vertical sync. solved my fps issue.
