Obfuscated in the Outer Rim

There's a mission called "Obfuscated In The Outer Rim" - "Answering The Call Of Adventure available to Elite rank explorers. Would anyone happen to know what the "Outer Rim" could mean?

Pretty sure 'Outer Rim' means the edge of the galactic disk.
