I have to say that i do love the game so much. Yet there is just one thing bugging me form a designers perspective.
When you are building and use the advanced tool the rotation tool would in my opinion benefit form a snap to grid function e.g. when you rotate an object in Maya/Cinema4D and press [Shift] it snaps to rotations in 5° steps.
And maybe one more gameplay suggestion add the tour guides from zoo tycoon 2 sice that option is not there yet.
