Obsidian Orbital taken over by dealers?

Just arrived back to the Pleiades after a short exploration jaunt & was somewhat surprised to find that the intercomm at Obsidian Orbital appears to have been taken over by Danny the dealer from Withnail & I.
Anyone else noticed this or is it just me?
Maybe it's time to put down the bottle!
